How much does it cost?
The cost of experiences is set by the creator and varies based on the type of session, its duration, and other factors. Each experience listing includes clear pricing details defined by the creator, so you’ll know exactly what to expect before booking.
Where do the experiences take place?
The experiences on hob-hob typically take place in person, but some may also be offered online. The location is defined by the creator and can include:
• A cozy studio: A professional or personal space set up by the creator.
• A public spot: Think vibrant outdoor areas, charming cafés, or other shared spaces.
• The creator's home: A personal and welcoming environment for the session.
• Another unique location: The creator might surprise you with an unconventional venue.

Each listing will clearly specify the exact location and provide all the details you’ll need to plan your visit. Wherever it takes place, rest assured, it’s all about creating memorable, real-world connections!
Can I book a private session?
Yes, some creators offer the option to book a private session just for you or in a group with your family and friends! You’ll see a special tag for these private sessions. You can send a request for a private session at no cost, and the creator will review it. You’ll only be charged if the creator approves the private session.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booking? 
Yes, you can cancel based on our agreed cancellation policy. Cancel more than 24 hours in advance to get a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours, refunds aren’t available. If a creator cancels, you’ll have the option to reschedule or get your money back.

Note: hob-hob connects explorers and creators but doesn’t directly handle cancellations or disputes.
