It’s free to sign up and offer experiences! We charge a 15% commission fee per booking for marketing and platform improvements. Stripe, our payment processor, also charges a small fee (around 3% to 3.5%) for securely handling payments between users. This fee ensures safe transactions and protects both parties.

Most popular creators on hob-hob earn up to 600 CHF a week. Your earnings depend on the experience's price, the number of sessions you share, and how many participants attend your sessions.

On hob-hob, payments are securely processed through Stripe, our trusted payment processor. You will need to link an existing Stripe account or create a new one to receive payments for your experiences. Once linked, payouts are made directly to your bank account after a booking is confirmed. Stripe ensures fast, secure transactions between you and your participants.

At hob-hob, we offer a 24-hour cancellation policy for our experiences.

• Explorers can cancel for free up to 24 hours before the experience starts. They will receive a full refund, and hob-hob will cover the transaction fees. Please note, the refund may take a few days to process, and we will notify you once the payment is complete.  
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience or no-shows will result in the creator keeping the full payout.  
• If the creator cancels, they will be responsible for the transaction fees, as these are not refunded when a payment is canceled.
